Band offers unique and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for students - from performing for crowded stadiums to traveling and performing across the country. Our mission in the Abingdon High School Band Family is to provide unique performance and travel opportunities through music, while providing world-class instruction to prepare our students for the future both musically and professionally.

We heavily rely on community financial support for instruments, equipment, repairs, trip expenses, music, licensing fees, professional staffing, and scholarships for students in need that we are unable to otherwise provide.
